When I travel for work, I love to take this with me because of how portable it is and lightweight. You can take it anywhere and it easily attaches to any door. Super simple to set up. It's all you need for a complete workout. It comes with cables so you don't have to buy more if you don't want to. It also comes with ankle cuffs for leg workouts.

I use this product at home so much and bought a 2nd one for my office. I often take my Office Station with me as I travel for business so I can stay on my routine

Since purchasing this set a month ago, I've used it nearly every day. I like that it was extrememly easy to set up and it doesn't take up very much space - I can literally attach it to the back of my basement door and there's no other clutter to deal with. While this set only comes with one cable system, I like that I can add other cables when I'm ready to increase the resistance level. And I don't have to worry about it doing any damage to the door, unlike other doorway gym systems I've looked at in the past.

The Train Station is on the door of my bedroom almost everyday. Not only is it a great workout, but it is also a easy way to keep my kids away when I sometimes just need time to myself by closing the door. It's really cool how many different exercises I can do with such little effort. On occasion, I've misplaced an attachment or handle, but I eventually found them in the closet. A travel bag or case to keep everything in when not in use would be an awesome addition.

I was looking for something I could use at the office that wouldn't clutter up the minimal space I have. I try to squeeze my workouts in during lunch and wanted a door gym type product that is easy to install - uninstall and versatile so I wouldn't burn out on the same few exercises. I really like the Train Station, especially the way you can slide the attachment points up and down quickly - so much easier than opening the door and moving an anchor strap up and down all the time. The tubes are a little long for my small office but they still work for me. I store it in my filing cabinet when I'm done and even brought it on a couple of business trips.
