Good, but could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lap top is light and easy to use. Color and screen are great. Slightly irritated that this has a USBC slot but unable to use it to charge. Now I have to lug around this special charger for it everywhere I go.

I bought this 5 months ago and the hinges are already broke from normal use of simply opening and closing the laptop. I have a warranty and yet cannot get a replacement or repaired without paying for what should be covered in the warranty.

Hear me and hear me well...

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This laptop could be the BEST low budget laptop ever created in the world...IF we could have the option to upgrade the ram. That's it, everything can be left as is, the Ryzen 7220U is perfect for browsing, lite gaming and YT-- Windows 11 needs 4GB of ram to run, update this build to include 8gb or add in an empty SODIMM slot and this would easily be the best budget laptop in the world.
