nice machine but hard to set up

There are no written or online instructions for setting up this laptop. The "wizard" worked fine until it got to internet instructions. After many attempts and a phone call to Acer support (which could not help with refurb products), we finally searched for you tube tips. We had a few hit or miss tries, but finally managed to work our way to get to settings and internet setup. The laptop worked fine once we accomplished. It is a nice machine, but easier internet access would have been nice.
