Best Sleep Gummies
Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. Since I’ve started this gummy I have consistently been falling asleep within the hour of taking them. I’ve also had an easier time falling back to sleep if I do get up in the middle of the night. Having an infant, these are especially helpful during those multi wake evenings.

Garbage. This is nothing but sugar with a little sprinkle of pretty words that make you think they will help you sleep. I wish I would have read into the ingredients more before purchasing and feeding into the social media hype. The ingredients list is basically identical to your toddlers gummy snacks. You are better off to take straight magnesium glycinate before bed.

Don't believe the hype. I was so excited to try these. The funny itself is like a little sugary candy. I wish I would have read into the ingredients more before purchasing. This is nothing more than sugar with a little sprinkle of maybe a smidge of melatonin. More carbs, calories, and sugar than anything else. DOESNT WORK. You're better off taking just taking magnesium before bed it works better.
