Never knew butter was this easy to make!
I never knew butter was this easy to make and the flavor is nothing like store bought. I'm sure I will be making much more in the future and, with the little Dazey Butter Churner, it will be fun.

Lehman’s Dazey butter charm mini
I’ve used this once. But after about 30 to 45 minutes, I was never fully able to complete the butter making process. I’m sure it was something I was doing wrong. all the pre-butter material stuck to the sides in the bottom of the jar all of which the turning paddle could not reach even with constant stopping to scrape the sides in the bottom.

Not so mini
Unfortunately I had to return the product because we dont get enpough cream off the gallon of raw milk we get every week . The paperwork included mentioned a micro version , which might be perfect, but it does not seem to be available any longer

Butter churn
Functional and easy to use. The gears are smooth, butter came out great, and we will never run out of butter again. Our family loves the ability to make our own food items and not depend on the grocery store.

I have used this churn
I have used this churn twice. It turned cream to butter quickly. However, during the second use - the gears are slipping and practically making churning impossible. I ordered the larger version as well, but have not received it yet as it is on back-order. I pray the larger Made in the USA model works better. Not sure if the Mini Churn has any life left in it.

Mold In Lid
Cream wicks up shaft between plastic and metal lid. Need to take screws out to separate lid parts to clean after each use. I thought this churn would have been much higher quality. Disappointed.

Disappointed, not worth it
After several attempts, we we're not able to get butter with 60 minutes of churning. We have made butter simply by shaking cream in a quart jar with only 20-30 minutes of shaking, so since this product can not do better than that, it isn't worth it. Disappointed that Lehmans doesn't stand behind their products better.

Butter churn, Ok, just not for us
Seems well made but didn't work for us. Much larger than I thought it would be (bigger than a quart mason jar) so we needed to save cream for 2 weeks from our milk share to try it out. Then my kids were less than enthusiastic about it. And then it took way longer than shaking in a Mason jar. Plus it's louder than I expected. So we are returning it.

Love it !
I was very skeptical that this would work as well or as easy as my first electrical attempt to make homemade butter. I was proven wrong ! My first attempt was longer than it needed to be as my cream was too chilly yet. It eventually did turn to butter, but have since learned to have my cream warmer than previous. I made the 2nd batch, and was impressed how well it worked. Moving onto the 3rd attempt and I decided to time it, and I was going at a good speed on the crank handle. It took 7 mins ! It does wash up nicely also. I am very impressed and am loving being able to make my own butter even if we lose power. I plan on doing it manually as it is so easy and so fast! I am anxious to make herb butter this spring and summer when all my herbs start coming in! My next attempt will be garlic butter ! Yum ! So many possibilities, so little time :)
