Great set
It’s nice they have these sets for teens/adults that aren’t so easy to enjoyable to take extra time with large amount of pieces. Go together well.

Cool Build But Could Have Better Instructions
Few pieces for the price. It was a fun build until trying to figure out exactly why the mechanism for the shutter/pushing out the photo is supposed to work. Instructions could be more clear at that point.

A Surprisingly Therapeutic Build
I just finished the LEGO Polaroid Camera set, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially if you’re easing back into building after an injury. I’m recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and currently only have one functional hand, and this set was shockingly accessible. The bag sizes and piece count were manageable, the steps were clear, and nothing required excessive pressure or awkward angles. It was one of the few builds I’ve done recently where I never felt physically strained. Visually, the set is an absolute delight. The classic Polaroid color palette—those bright stripes and retro camera details—adds so much energy to the build. It’s the kind of model that instantly sparks nostalgia and looks fantastic on display. But my favorite part was the mindfulness of the experience. The build has this slow, satisfying rhythm that pulled me out of my head and let me just…focus. There’s something grounding about clicking pieces together and watching the camera take shape, especially when your body is still healing. If you’re getting back into LEGO after surgery, or just want something cheerful, nostalgic, and genuinely therapeutic, the LEGO Polaroid Camera is a perfect choice. It reminded me why I love building in the first place.

Super Cool but Kind of Hard!
This is a super cool set, but it's easy to make a misstep here and there. Specifically based on the placement of bricks in certain pictures. I had to retrace my steps a few times, but I got there eventually! Awesome end result but was a little tough!

Great Build - brings back memories
This is an exact replica of the OneStep Camera from back in the day. The interior was a little challenging to get right, but once you get it, it is amazing!! The fact that it ejects a picture is mind boggling! I wish there were Legos like this when I was a kid :-)

A Nostalgic Build with Impressive Details
I was genuinely impressed. The build itself is a brilliant mix of nostalgia and creativity, capturing the essence of the iconic Polaroid camera in stunning detail. From the iconic folding mechanism to the realistic lens and shutter details, it’s clear that a lot of care went into designing this set. The process of putting it together was smooth, and while it’s not the most complex set in terms of difficulty, the end result is a visually striking model that makes a great display piece. The colour scheme and design bring a retro vibe to any shelf, and it’s certainly a fun way to celebrate photography history.

Kind of small for the box
It looks nice and having the photos slotted out is nice, but compared to the box it’s really small for a set

Loved it
I remember posting on Ideas to the designer that if this made it as a set I would HAVE to buy it for sure and I did. For me, yes, the price was a little steep but I also get why. I appreciate the parts they chose to print over using stickers and I love the photo cards as well. This ticks a big nostalgia box for me. I remember the first black and white peel apart instant photos before this camera even came out. Is there room for improvement? Probably, but that could likely be said about every set. Mine is holding together and working well. The wedge in back on the left wiggles a bit but it's fine. This is the first time I had to really pay serious attention to a build which is what made it even more enjoyable for me. Even though all of those brightly colored parts are hidden away on the inside, I loved working with all of those bright parts that seem to match the Polaroid cartridge colors. It's made it that much more fun to build. It was oddly satisfying lol. I never did understand all of those inner working parts but they work and that's what matters lol. I personally found this to be a really fun build.

Solid build but more to it than meets the eye
This was a pretty enjoyable and solid íbuild! I did have to take it apart all the way back to bag 3 because the shutter/photo eject mechanism wasn’t working, but it went back together pretty fast. I’m not sure what was wrong but there was probably a piece out of place, which is common with any Lego set. Otherwise the mechanics work great and i really like how they didn’t overdo the mechanical part. Mechanics and camera are pretty solid once put together correctly. No shaky or too tight parts. It’s also amazing to look at together with the Polaroid film box you make.

Looks cool, but could look better
Well first. The inner mechanisms don't work exactly as they should. I had to insert an extra piece to keep the slide bar from getting stuck on a block. Once I did that is functions like it should. With all the smooth surface pieces for the set, it would be nice if they had done that for the whole outer shell. I was shorted one black single piece, but had 1 extra in grey, but can now be seen through the spaces of the back shell.
