They're awfully dry. I have been able to make it better by melting a little butter on them and then drizzling some sugar free syrup. I've also put a scoop of carb smart vanilla ice cream on top after warming up in the microwave. Unfortunately they're not a good choice for taking on the go as is.

These are some of the best sweet rolls I've ever had. This one & the cinnamon are awesome. Wish Target carried the chocolate. I know I'd love that one too. High protein, low/no sugar...you can't go wrong. I heat mine up for 24 seconds, then dig in with a fork. I have one almost every morning for breakfast. Just wish they weren't so expensive & there were as many almonds on the bun as there are in the pic on the box. Work on that, lol.

These sticky buns are amazing! 20 g of protein in the most delicious form you will ever try. 15 to 18 seconds in the microwave and you will think you are cheating! I couldn't recommend these anymore highly. They are the best protein food product by leaps and bounds.
