These are MEH. They are dense and heavy. Heating did not help. The taste was off. Had a soapy taste. They are also very crumbly which ended up being very messy. I wouldn't recommend eating in bed or on the couch.

Very chemical end taste

I'm sorry, but no. Not at all. I tried the chocolate roll that I found discounted as a sample to see if this brand was good, and going on that fairly decent experience, I went ahead and bought a whole box of the cinnamon sure that it'd taste even better. I was wrong. Very wrong. I start with a smell test, and right away something smelled off. Either artificial or chemically... I proceed to try it warmed first per the recommendation on the packaging, and though the texture is fine, I could not miss the apparent taste of bug spray. Yes, BUG SPRAY! I have no idea how or why, but that's what I got. I tried a second bite to confirm, and yes, near the end of the chew, there's a very chemical type taste that just is not pleasant. I can usually find a use for something even if it's not the best, but this is a hard no-no that I'm going to try to return.

A little on the dry side, even after warming it up in the microwave but it’s packed with protein, and I still enjoy it. It’s the perfect grab-and-go snack for my busy schedule. Between working over 40 hours a week and studying late into the night to attempt to qualify to take the test to get into the nursing program, I don’t always have time for lunch or dinner. This keeps me going when I need something quick and convenient. Excited to try more of their products!"

Gross! Skip trying this!

Save your money! They’re so gross. I’d say it’s like whey protein powder that’s been packed into donut form and is crumbly and off in a way I can’t describe. It was too good to be true, but I figured I’d try it cause it’s high protein and decent fiber- definitely not. Neither my boyfriend or I could even finish a single one. Size is small but as expected, I just put my hand in the photo for those curious.

Very tasty. Dense cake texture that is very satisfying. You feel like you actually ate something. I eat these for breakfast and they hold me well till lunch. They only down side for me is that they do hit blood sugar a little harder than I would like.
