Sloppy seam work
I ordered these as a Christmas gift, I opened them up to wrap individually and make sure they were ready for my kid to play with. These seams are a crime. Especially for the price. The elephant is particularly awful. The texture of the back half compared to the front is matte vs glossy. My kid is two so I’m going to keep these as I think she’ll enjoy, but if you’re reading this review I’d recommend looking for another product. This one has clearly gone downhill from a manufacturing standpoint.

Amazing quality
We have had this set- along with the jumbo zoo animals- for years and they have been a staple in my children's play from 1 to 5 (and counting). I purchased again for a gift for my nephew. Amazing quality that has yet to wear down. Love the size, great for all sorts of activities

Not quite what I expected
Overall I am happy with these animals. They are sturdy and don't feel cheap and hollow. However, some of the colours are a little off and the elephants tusks keep falling out. Still a firm favourite in our house though, I just expected better with the price.

Poor quality
Really poor quality for price. Each animal is made up of two parts that are glued together. Most of the animals were glued together very poorly, not really matching up together like they should. The glue is shiny and obvious. There were streaks of black paint where there shouldn’t have been.

Great learning toy, but disappointed in the quality of the animals. They’re all just glued together poorly and the faces look a little odd on a few of them.

These are great and durable
My son is obsessed with animals and has about every set but this is his absolute favorite. He takes them everywhere and even the bath. I highly recommend this set because it's durable and entertaining and a great size.

Very misleading pictures!
These do not look like the way they are pictured. Size is good, thats the reason I ordered them. They look horrible, only the giraffe looks okay. Details, paint, eyes, the parts where the two parts are attached are all crappy… the pictures in the description are not even close to the actual product, let alone exact… disappointing

These are great animal figurines, I love the large size. I took off a star because giraffe has a little trouble standing. Luckily the plastic is somewhat pliable, and I have been able to bend his legs a bit to allow him to stand. This isn't a permanent fix though because the legs slowly return to their original position.

Highly recommend as an educator and mom!
As an experienced school psychologist and mom of 2, I love the quality of goods offered by Learning Resources! The kids have fun, learning though play and song, enhance their vocabulary, and enrich their experiences! These animals are a hit with both my toddler and my almost 7 year old.
