A: We got binoculars in Sept 2024 and we barely used it… it’s sound just stopped. We can’t hear anything

During the video, press and hold these three buttons together for 5 seconds. 3. If Try-Me mode has been successfully turned off, “Try-Me mode has been disabled” will appear on the screen. Cool toy
This is a unique and fun toy! It’s a little bit complicated… navigating it is nowhere near as easy for a child as say a smart phone or tablet, but when they figure it out, they do seem to enjoy it! I think instead of all the exotic animals and what not they should have more relatable options and at least one more game or interactive option. FYI…the focus is very blurry, but I kind of suspected that being that it’s children’s binoculars. That was a little bit frustrating because we do allow our 4yo nephew to use good quality binoculars from time to time so he was a little bit discouraged. I would say that it’s probably best for 3 to 4 year olds, but not advanced enough for five and older. It’s definitely not worth the cost and I bought it on sale. Not worth returning, but probably not worth the money if I’m being honest.

Great product for learning
We love these binoculars, along with many other leapfrog products we have purchased. They provide a lot of learning for our kids. We did have to replace our first set though. For some reason it just klunked out. But Target didn't give us any problems and we got a new set. So far, so good! Definitely recommend.

Leapfrog adventures binocular
When you turn on the screen after the introduction is shuts down automatically. I tried with new batteries and nothing changes. We bought another one it came with the same problem.

Kept Freezing
I don't know how this got such great reviews (except that the majority of them say they were collected as a promotion). My youngest got this for Christmas and was OBSESSED. Within the hour the camera froze and even taking the batteries out wouldn't fix it. Target was great and got us a new one. Within 5 minutes this new one was doing the same thing. Taking the batteries out at least worked to unfreeze it this time. I started to think maybe it was something he was doing. But then when I was messing around with it - it did the exact same thing to me. Nothing works to "unfreeze it". Will be returning this one in the morning. Such a bummer b/c it was such a cool concept and he loved it (well he loved the camera part - the binocular sucked from the get go!)

Overheated and batteries melted
I got this for my seven year old daughter for Christmas and she LOVED it. BUT it overheated while she was using it and the batteries melted. Terrifying because it could have caught on fire. Now it is broken and unusable after one week of use.

They are packaged so nicely and make a perfect Christmas or birthday gift. They are easy to use and set up. Very tough and comfortable to use and handle. It has so many interesting features, aside from zooming in and seeing the image on the screen, you can look up nature facts, play games, capture pictures, and it has night vision! I'm getting more for Christmas bc this is an easy win lol. Absolutely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Magic Adventures Binoculars from Leapfrog are super neat! They let you take pictures, look through and zoom, or go through the library to learn about different types of animals, etc. it’s recommended for age 4+, but my son is 2.5 and has had a blast playing with them.

This leapfrog binoculars allows you to take it safe pictures along with viewing educational videos of animals and on top of that even various gameplay again all educational three for one special that your little one would love 🤗 also forgot to mention that since it’s small, it’s very easy to carry around and it’s very lightweight

Excellent educational tool for kids and adults
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok this is such a great toy! I can't even call this a toy, because it's a fabulous piece of equipment that would keep everyone entertained regardless of their age. The binoculars have a pop up screen which displays a multitude of educational videos and high resolution photos of animals. The installed camera takes decent photos and is a great source of entertainment for my toddler. The binocular lenses are actually surprisingly good and you get to see objects very far away. This is a great gift for any nature explorer. I do suggest kids 4 and older, even tweens and teenagers. Oh who am I kidding, adults would love it too.
