Natural Look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before and after pictures. I like the natural looking color. I was able to color my hair with easy to follow instructions. I like that L’Oreal puts shampoo and conditioner in this box of dye. The dye covered some of my gray, but not all. Maybe about 90 percent coverage. My hair looks natural and feels soft.

First, the shade is exactly what I was looking for—rich, even, and it effectively covered my gray hairs without any patchiness. I chose a color that blends seamlessly with my existing hair, and I can confidently say that this time, I don’t look like I’m three weeks overdue for a root touch-up. Unexpectedly, even though it’s a permanent dye, my hair didn’t feel damaged or “fried.” Usually, with these all-in-one kits, I feel like I’ve stripped my hair of moisture and texture, but this time, my hair felt normal. The strands remained soft, manageable, and didn’t have any crunchy or straw-like texture. It also didn’t irritate my scalp or leave me feeling uncomfortable—definitely a major plus in my opinion. Covered greys perfectly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I forgot to take a before but I can tell you it was time to add some color besides grey to my hair. The scent was nice. It wasn't too strong. It colored up the grey perfectly. The shampoo and conditioner included left my hair soft and shiny. I will definitely be on the list of brands to get when I have to color my hair at home!

Great formula and covers grays!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long hair and a lot of of it so I did not think one box would be enough but I was wrong. I focused on my roots first because of the grades and then I did the front and was surprised I had enough to do the entire back as well. That’s important because it makes it worth the money. There was no staining because when I did my hairline it was a slightly bluish tint and it wiped away easily. I love the tone because it is a cool tone and I have way too much warmth in my hair right now. I left this on for 30 minutes and I like the way it turned out because all of my grades are covered. My hair feels really soft and silky and it smells incredible. I have plenty of the deep conditioning treatment left over to use multiple times like it says. I’m pretty impressed with the Excellence cream permanent triple protection hair color and I think 7.5A medium ash blonde is exactly like it says because I could definitely see the ash tint once I applied the color. I also love that I would only need to get one box of this compared to two boxes of any other color.

No grey softness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Excellence line by L’Oréal is always tops and doesn’t disappoint. The Crème Permanent Triple Protection Hair Color stands up. It is an easy and fast developing color that lasts and covers grey hair better than most brands. It applies well but note that if you have long hair you might need more than one box to cover all your hair. Maybe as many as three boxes. Being in the middle of applying and not having enough product would be horrible. That should be more obvious on the front of the box. It doesn’t smell which is great. The hyaluronic acid addition protects hair while coloring and following. None of the product dripped while I used it. The Excellence conditioner is the best conditioner in the market. My hair was so soft afterwards. I wish it was available to purchase separately because I would use it as a regular conditioner with my shampoo. There is enough in the tube for a second application. In less than an hour, your new color shade is ready for photos!

The directions, preparation and application were easy to follow. I expected to see some staining around my hairline but was pleasantly surprised to find none. The shampoo and conditioner being included was an added bonus. Both had a very pleasant scent and my hair was very easy to comb afterwards. There was enough conditioner in the tube for a couple shampoos. It has been a little over a week since I colored my hair and I am impressed with how shiny my hair still is after a few washings.

Terrible product that gave me an allergic reaction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this product. I appreciated the great applicator and the extra generous portions of shampoo and conditioner inside. However, after only about three minutes on my head, I had to immediately run to the rinse bowl and wash it off as my scalp started to burn! After it was all gone from my hair, I dried myself off and noticed I had a forehead full of hives. I’m not sure what is in this product but it caused a terrible allergic reaction for me. I’ve been dying my hair for many years and have tried different brands and this has never happened. Maybe others will have better results.

The instructions were specific and clear and easy to follow. Once I made the hair dye, the application was easy as the cream was thick and held well in the hair. It did not irritate my scalp and had I not put the timer on, I could have forgotten to wash it in time. I left it for half an hour to develop and it gave my natural dark brown hair an ash color quite effectively. All in all a good experience. A before and after pic is attached to show the difference

Amazing finish

Perfect shade of medium brown!

The golden in this one brought out the red in my hair and looks more natural. I think the after shampoo with hyaluronic acid is a great addition, never had this with a box color before. However the dye itself great brand but the color for me nonononono! Lol. Having to get another color to dye it back darker did not turn out good at all. Instructions easy, conditioning is amazing, the process good, the feel great, but the color for me nah. I would recommend this for people with lighter hair but darker no.

Made my hair soft and a bit darker

This light ash brown darkened my hair a little but the red still shows. I like this dye though because it doesn’t destroy my hair. This box now includes a shampoo for after coloring and also a conditioner. I like the shampoo since it makes it easier getting all the dye out and the conditioner makes my hair so soft.

Don’t cover well
