The thing I love about this formula most is that it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling
moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that does both really well.
Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill right?!
How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, dispense a dime to quarter-sized amount
into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

It smells amazing and I have long hair so I was skeptical about the small bottles but it lasted me for a long time actually it’s still about halfway full and I have had it for about a year or better now so. No hairloss at all and it’s been used by my daughter and son as well. So I think it’s great love her products

Q: How do you open the bottle? The most poorly designed pump bottle I have EVER dealt with. WASTE of money as I cannot use the bottle and now have to be hassled to return it when I specifically ordered it online so that I didn't have to go to the store.

A: Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience. For the pump, with dry hands, hold the collar of the pump and turn the nozzle piece counterclockwise until the pump pops up. Make sure the collar under the pump is tightly screwed into the bottle. We hope this helps!

The sun smells very nice but not overwhelming overall I will definitely recommend this product because it works very well. There’s no residue really and it’s definitely worth it value. Great dupe for OUAI detox shampoo!

Great shampoo

I’m super sensitive to smells, and this didn’t bother me at all. I actually loved the smell. It was super sudsy when I used it as well which was nice. I didn’t see much of a difference in the way my hair looked, but could definitely feel a difference. It seemed much less frizzy and dry. My hair is very thick, and this shampoo helped to tone it down and make it more smooth.

Clean hair

This shampoo lathered so nicely! After I got out of the shower my hair felt so clean and detoxed from all the oils. I love this! This also made my hair very soft.

Banana smelling

It has a thick texture and leaves my hair feeling and looking silky soft. My only real complaint is the scent. It has a banana essence that I do not enjoy.

I’m very particular about the products I use on my hair due to me not only having my entire head colored, but also transitioning to natural WITHOUT the big chop; so my biggest concern is always color-safe, anti-breakage, and bond repair. I’ve been wanting to test Kristin Ess products for a while now, but was a little afraid to invest and not sure if it would actually be effective; let’s just say, this campaign was the perfect opportunity, and baby I AM SOLD!!! The lather is so rich from the first application! You can feel your hair becoming refreshingly clean as you massage the product into your scalp. And let’s not forgot the conditioner!!! Omg, it immediately softens the hair and restores moisture to your hair upon application! I was SHOCKED at how easy it was for me to actually “detangle” my hair after applying (detangle in quotation marks because it was barely tangled after applying the conditioner lol)! Again, I’m in the processing of going natural, so my hair tends to easily tangle. To top aaaaalllllll of that off, it smells sooooo good! If you’ve been contemplating on Kristin Ess, get it!! You’ll be sold too!

Leaves your scalp and hair feeling squeaky clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the way this shampoo made my hair feel. I’ve never felt it be so squeaky clean. It was easy to apply and there’d up nice. It was a a little on the runnier side in consistency but I was ok with that. Next time I’ll be more careful when using because I ended up squirting out too much. I think this would be better to use twice a month to really get your scalp and hair clean. My hair did feel alot dryer feeling though.

Not for my type hair. Dry hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo definitely removes buildup so I would say it's performance is well as far as a clarifying shampoo also the shine was there but..... It left my hair feeling stripped of all natural oils and dry . I used this shampoo multiple times to make sure my hair wasn't just having a off day. I unfortunately won't be purchasing this shampoo. My hair just never felt good after using it.
