Great product works perfectly
I have gray hair and finding a conditioner that works on my hair that also helps tone done my grays without it looking purple, at a reasonable price was not easy. This conditioner softens my hair but doesn’t leave it oily, has a light scent and does not make a mess in the shower. It’s perfect for me highly recommend it.

Good Quality For The Price
I use this purple conditioner several weeks after a fresh head of highlights to keep the brassiness away. I was instructed by my hairdresser to only use purple products several weeks after a fresh toner. This definitely helps to tone down the yellow brass. It works good, but I would say there are better products out there. It does make my hair feel ever so slightly weighed down; I’d rate the weighing down feeling at about 2/10. I am also not keen on the mild smell. For the price point and if you are on budget, this is a solid option if you need a purple product.

Not good like the other Kristen Ed’s I buy for curly hair. Just leaves your hair with a different texture. The color stains the grout in your tile and some of the tile itself.

Very little pigment
Well… I found out the hard way it’s DEFINITELY safe for daily use. Problem is you have to be at least a level 10 and using this every day to see any change. Hardly any pigment at all which was the original purpose of this. Now I know to look for “safe for daily use” on the labels.

do not buy this if you have thick hair. it is taking me forever to brush through it after using this shampoo. my hair feels so damaged and brittle. I literally can’t brush through it. so disappointed

The smell of this conditioner is amazing. I smell it all day everytime I move. I haven’t noticed a huge change in the color of my hair. I am trying to get it less gold. I will continue to use.

Combat brass
This product definitely helps combat the brassiness of my hair. For reference I have dirty blonde hair with a balayage, so the brassiness can stick out if I don’t maintain between seeing my stylist. Only complaint it is leaves my hair feeling a little dry afterwards.

Unpleasant scent that lingers
The shampoo made my hair feel dried out, and this pairing conditioner didn’t seem to remedy that. And I hated the smell of it, which also remained on my hair after rinsing. I really like other KE products. But the purple line is not for me.
