BEWARE KRISTIN ESS HAIR
used this product from 2024 until recently, it absolutely destroyed my hair. The first month of using the products of this brand is great, but over time it destroys your hair. In the span of a year my hair loss 3-5 inches of length from damage. My hair became so weak and brittle. This product does a faux imitation of hydrating by leaving a waxy film on the hair that’s SO DRYING. Please stay away from this!

AMAZING for fine low porosity hair
I have 3a fine low porosity hair. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING weighs it down. I cannot do oils, butters, a lot of protein, parabens, silicones, (sulfates are fine), or waxes. This is so far the only one that truly reinvigorates, voluminizes, and conditions my hair without weighing it down or creating a lot of build up. If you don't have a specific hair type, this likely won't work for you. However, even if your hair is straight, if you have fine low porosity hair, it should work well for you too!! 110% would buy again !!!!!!

I noticed my curls are defined but it feels waxy and weights my hair down so much. My hair regularly is thick and voluminous but while using this product I dot like my hair and it’s after results.After reading reviews I can for sure say it’s the conditioner. It smells good but it may not be suitable for someone like my hair

Lightweight Conditioner
This conditioner is one of the few that don’t leave crazy residue on my hair. I love that it’s sulfate and paraben free and the scent is so good! It also helps my natural curls come out even without styling product.

Love the formula, not the scent
I love the formula. It’s very moisturizing, which is what was missing for me from the signature conditioner. I will say though that I don’t have curly hair, only some waves, so I can’t speak to how hydrating it would be for curls. However, I don’t like the scent. I wish I had checked the actual Kristin Ess site where they list the fragrance for each product. I mostly use Kristin Ess products because I LOVE The One Signature fragrance. This doesn’t smell like that, and it doesn’t smell like the fragrance listed on the KE site either. I may have gotten a defective bottle, but it smells like a dentist office. & even though I use The One signature shampoo & the leave in conditioner with the good fragrance, I can’t smell it on my hair when I use this. It’s disappointing because I need the moisture, but I miss the scent.
