Tried a different brewer (my bad)!
I cannot make an exact cup of coffee with this machine. The amounts don’t work. It just keeps pumping. I have tried 8 different pods. No change. Also the touch is very difficult to use. I have to touch it many times to get it to brew. It’s like the machine is pouting or something! lol I definitely do not like this maker.

Piece of junk
This coffee maker is only 3 months old and is displaying an add water/clean error message. I have tried cleaning it thoroughly, adding water, cleaning the sensors, unplugging it and letting it sit for over 10 minutes to no avail. I have now contacted customer service to see if there is anything they can do to assist. If they do help, I will update my review.

Worked ok for a few weeks, But Temperamental. Had to unplug,plug in to reset. Worked some days. Sometimes I'd remove the coffee cup when brewing stops, then seconds later more coffee comes streaming out. Finally decided to clean it up & return, but I'm a few days past the 30 day return window.
