Received a used item

I'm pretty sure the unit was used. It had smudges all over it and the cord that came with it was not in its packaging. It was thrown in the box. Would have been nice to know that it was used.

Won't last long.

As others have shared, this product did not last even a year for me. I tried to look past the small amount of water built up inside, and went about my business of storing fridge sensitive medication inside. In January, I noticed the items were not feeling as cold as they previously had been. Again, I went about my business, thinking maybe I was imagining things. I only take said medication once every two weeks, and the constant hum on the fridge became background noise. This morning I wake up, and reach for my meds, when lo and behold, it’s room-temp! I tried the old “unplug, and plug it back in again” adage, and it simply did not work. Cord was plugged in, and you see the power was on, but it just stopped working.

Unreliable/dies quickly

Used for 8 months and today it died. After about 2 months the clip on the door broke so I had to be specific when opening and closing it out it would not latch. I used it to store my breast milk so I didn't have to go down stairs every time I pumped, and it was very convenient but I would tell future buyers to not make the mistake I did! Do not use this for valuables or breast milk, spend the extra money on a better mini fridge.
