A: Almost every unit I look at in detail and it says this 20° below ambient temp. So we can use the fridge during winter, or in front of the AC vent/unit. This whole thing is stupid! Some kind of swamp cooler refrigerator. Bummer. Good luck

There is no thermostat, and the unit is designed to run continuously. There is no refrigerant - the thermo-electric cooling module is electronic. Make certain the cooling fan is free from dust. To have an internal temperature of 40 degrees, the ambient temperature of your room would have to be 65F to 68F.

A: This unit cools by means of a thermo-electric cooling module that has the ability to cool 20F-28F below ambient temperature. There is no thermostat, and the unit is designed to run continuously. It is intended to use for canned beverages and short term storage of snacks. Because the internal temperature is affected by the ambient temperature and is not controlled by a thermostat, it is not recommended to store meats, formula or dairy products.

Misleading!
Very disappointed in what I received. There are plenty of mini fridges out there to choose from, but I chose this one because i love the retro bubble look. What I received instead was a 3D printed money grab. Looks nothing like what I was expecting and honestly probably going to return it because I can get the same thing for less elsewhere.

Nice while it lasted.
Stopped cooling after two months. This was a nice mini fridge while it lasted. I now have to figure out the warranty process to get it fixed or replaced through Frigidaire.
