This made a great gift for our great grandson on his 8th birthday. He loves dinosaur everything to begin with. This is a clever way to bring that theme together, and be creative at the same time. Everything needed comes in the box, and the crystals and other accessories are very colorful. He had a lot of fun putting this together, and uses it in his bedroom as a night light. For further details it would be good to refer to the vendor description to make sure this is something your child is old enough to enjoy putting together. This is a fun, well priced, and functional gift for a child.

Great product
This is a great gift idea for kids, I'd recommend maybe eight and older. It's a great value for the money, but I felt my boys, aged 5 and 6 were still a little too young. They were far too excited to follow the directions so we completely failed! That's no fault of the product, the product is great. It was easy to use, designed well with lots of fun colors. Recommended.

This was a fun activity to do with my grandsons, ages 5 and 8. We made the crystal solution and then let them grow for about a week. One of the crystals did not do too well but I chalk that up to user error as I wasn't supervising the 5 year old well enough as he was stirring the solution. He accepted it matter of factly and we had a chance to talk a little about the science of crystals and what might have gone wrong. We got together a week later and they built the terrarium together. They enjoyed putting in the layers of colorful sand and then adding in the plastic dinosaurs, crystal rocks, moss, etc. They love playing with the remote control light at the top and making it look different depending on the colors. This came together so nicely and they are SO proud of it. And we all had a fun time working on it. It was a big hit.

Very nice crystal set with dinosaur theme. Super easy to setup. Does take 10 days for crystal to grow but it is an amazing set. Has a light with a remote. My 12 year loved putting it together and loved the ability to change the color.

Great purchase
Outstanding design and value. Was easy to put together and assemble and the hardest part was my child having the patience in waiting for the crystals to grow. Very fun to build and educational as well. Highly recommend.

This kit was so cool! It makes a great birthday kit for a kid around 5 years old like mine. We grew the crystals during 7 days隆颅 it was super easy and interesting to watch. Everyday my son would ask for us to go check it out to see its progress.Now today the crystals were ready and we were able to put the rest of the dinosaur habitat together and it looked so awesome! My son absolutely loved it and made it into a night light in his bedroom. This one was totally worth it!!
