This is the perfect set to have for your little ones birthday party to share with their friends, there is a variety of molds so every child would be able to pick their own and enjoy making their own unique design with the gel. Definitely would mean supervision for younger children that still like to put things in their mouth. The storage case is really nice to keep all of the pieces together when not in use. I would recommend that for 4 year-olds and older, little ones may have issues with the dexterity needed for filling the molds.

fun supervised activity for kids and adults
This was a fun activity with my son. in the minute he saw the box he couldn't wait to start. the instructions are easy and it does come with everything you need except water. it can be just a little bit messy if they run supervised. I'm sure kiddos would make it quite a bit messy, but it's definitely entertaining for a while. My son wanted to make every single one as soon as possible. he's only five, so definitely needed a constant supervision and a little help squeezing the bottles. You do have to add each color fairly quickly to be sure that they stick together. I got this on sale for half off at around $22. I think it was very much worse to that price, but I don't think it would be worth $50. He's enjoying carrying his creations around in the jar that came with the kit. we estimated and split the calcium packet into about half and only filled the bucket about half full of water according to the sticker you placed on the bucket because I wasn't sure how the first round would go and I wanted him to be able to play with it again more than once. this worked out just fine, and I would recommend this method for at least your first go around.

Great for kids
I received this fun kids gel fairly making kit and was pleasantly impressed by it. It seems to be made of quality materials for being from an off-brand maker. I liked the simplicity of it and the design of it. It has also been a source of entertainment for my children. They have been enjoying playing with this. Overall, I would definitely get this product again if I had the chance to do so.

My nephew LOVES his jelly creatures. He even sleeps with his jar of creatures it's so freaking cute hahah. Make sure to keep them in water or else they'll dry out. I truly didn't think my nephew would love it as much as he does but I'm happy that he's happy.The kit itself is very easy to use and love that my nephews can let his creative brain go wild with the colors.I don't know how the process or prices compares to other brands but this did exactly what I was expecting it to do. Him loving his jelly creatures were a bonus (: I recommend.

Amazingly fun kit!
This aqua gel kit was so much fun to use with my four-year-old nephew when he came to visit. He had no trouble squeezing the mixtures into the molds, and the kit came with really detailed, illustrated instructions that made it easy to follow. There are tons of supplies included, so you can make lots and lots of little squishy creatures. The kit provides enough for two mixture solutions, and anything leftover can be stored in a container without going bad, so it lasts a long time.There was a note about popping bubbles, but we didn't have any, so that wasn't an issue. Once you pour the colors into the molds and then into the mixture, they turn into these squishy little blobs that are so fun to touch and play with. My nephew had a blast making tons of little animals. I would just recommend washing hands after using it隆陋especially for little kids隆陋since the mixture can get all over your hands.There were lots of colors, and the whole experience was really engaging. This kit is great as a gift, a family activity, or even a mini sensory and science lesson. I used it as a tiny homeschool activity, and he loved it. We had a fantastic time, and I would definitely buy this kit again. Highly recommend it for any child who enjoys hands-on, creative, and educational play. Definitely worthy the money you pay for this!

Fun for the kiddos!! This is definitely cool! Kept my daughter occupied for awhile, I made a few too!! She had a friend over and she lived it too! Tip for users, once you make your first batch of solution you can keep using it. Leave it in the bucket with the lid on and you can use it again and again.

fun but still disappionted
I was really looking forward to this Magic Water Elf kit for my sister, but it ended up being pretty disappointing. The idea is super fun, but it did not work out. We followed the instructions carefully, but most of the gels didn’t form the way they were supposed to. Some just floated around in clumps or broke apart. Also, the packaging wasn’t great. The box came a bit crushed. Too bad it did not work out well for us.

A creative way to spend an afternoon
This kit comes with great photographic instructions. Each color is clearly labeled and has a small seal, which is easy to remove. The kit is efficiently packed, including some of the color bottles being inside the provided jar. (Note: this might make it hard to pack up and require another bin to hold everything.)My 9-year-old is fully capable of following the directions. She said, This would be fun for kids at a party!There's quite a few teachable moments along the way. The water was cold, but now it's kind of warm! Calcium chloride has an exothermic reaction when mixed with water. The gel takes a while to firm up. Sodium alginate in the color gel makes a skin, but letting it react longer makes a thicker skin. This process is used in molecular gastronomy, but also in other food manufacturing.It's a great thing to give as a gift, but might be a bit expensive. There's at least 2 sessions worth of supplies. My kid made a creative plan to use the molds to stamp clay after the kit is otherwise used up. I might decide to purchase some additional materials to use them as intended.

This is a great kid for all little kids who like to be creative and play. You can sit there and play with them or they can play by themselves and have a blast while doing it. I love that it has a tote so everything can go back in the tote and it's nice and organized and clean. It is a great value. It doesn't make a mess because cleanup is so easy.
