JLab Epic Wireless Keyboard Black

The keyborad works super well, and has a very nice quiltiy to it. I like the key travel, and the volume knob is very convenient. The only down side is the bluetooth has a bit of lag after waking up, so I switch to the usb stick and it works much better!

It is a wonderful keyboard except for the backlighting is awful. If I had known it was this bad I would never have purchassed this keyboard.

This machine is easy to use and is authentic. Great feel and is super slim.

Horrible experience trying tom just use the keyboard. Cannot find any app to control it. I bought the keyboard to have a light under the keys. But the thing shuts down the light and I have to wake it up when I want to use it. Why is this so hard? All emphasis is on the stupid earbuds and the kleyboard pepople are left out to dry.

Best keyboard I've ever had the pleasure of using, so easy to switch between devices and the customization is awesome!! Love the media knob too. The battery life is truly amazing.

As expected. What can I say.. I love the typing experience lol I've been able to map the contextual key to the key with a "1" in a rounded square. The volume knob seem a little bit fragile.

I'm loving this keyboard! The latency is less that the basic wired keyboard that I had before. I've never had a wireless keyboard that works so seamlessly. I love that I can connect it to multiple devices and swap between them so easily. The keys feel presses feel great. I have used many different wired and wireless keyboards over the years (working in IT) I am thoroughly impressed! The best keyboard I've ever used!

battery only last 1 month on a full charge not good at all

This is a rechargeable keyboard. It has held the battery well so far. The keys are chiclet and have a good click that isn't too obnoxious.

This keyboard has so many great features: backlit keys, lightweight, rechargeable with a type C charger, customizable shortcut keys, volume dial, able to pair it with a JLab mouse to use a single usb adapter. The keys respond well and are fairly quiet. It works great. Overall, a very nice keyboard.

Got it since a week and can't think fall back to standard keyboard

I purchased the Epic Wireless Keyboard to replace my trusty Logitech K800 Keyboard. The '4' key stopped working and I could not get it repaired. I was hoping that the Epic Wireless Keyboard would be a worthy replacement. It isn't. Pros: Nice keyboard feel. Good build quality. Easily connects to my laptop using either the dongle or via Bluetooth. Media knob is convenient. Cons: Backlight cannot be set to stay on. Keyboard cannot be raised very high. Key placement is odd and I frequently discover my fingers resting on the keys above the 'home' keys. Keyboard desperately needs a palm rest. Several times I have been tempted to simply return the keyboard. For now, I will keep working to 'get used' to it.

I have had this keyboard for about 5 months. It is pretty good. Nice tactile feel when pressing the keys down. It has one think I do not like there is a Home Key above backspace that i wish I could turn off but the software does not let you turn it off.

I probably would have given this keyboard a 5 except after reading the other reviews, I see that I am not the only one who is having issues with the keyboard not working properly. I have issue with it failing to type.

This is a great keyboard. I would have given it 5 stars but for 2 things. There needs to be an option for the backlight to stay on. I use the keyboard frequently in a dark room at night and the backlight only stays on for 30 seconds. It's annoying to have to press a key to turn lighting back on so I can see the keys again. The other thing is that it goes to sleep when the backlight turns off, so you have to wake the keyboard back up by pressing a key before you start typing. I frequently have to go back and insert the missing first letter in whatever I typed. There needs to be an option to turn off this feature also. I usually have the keyboard connected to the charging cable so these battery saving features are real pain for me.

I bought this one month ago. It should be programmable, but that doesn't work at all with my Windows 10. The manual doesn't help. The app for programming doesn't help either; it doesn't give any ideas on what to do. There are no instructions on how to program it. The app just leads me to a page where I could buy a new one
