To decrease this risk, regularly use sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher. Why did you change the formulation?!!
My husband has been using this for years and I bought him a gift pack for Christmas and he came down and said it’s different with a different consistency and smells really bad. And we checked in the formula has changed! Why did you do that? he’s so upset and I don’t think we can use this anymore. Please go back to the old formulation.

New formula stings my eyes!
I've been using this product for years. Suddenly, with this new bottle, my eyes are stinging every time I use it, so I just ordered some other brand and hope it works out. I really tried to tough it out and make it work. It's not me - it's you. :(

Not what it used to be
This new formulation is absolute garbage. It doesn't smell good anymore, it irritates my skin and the runny consistency somehow manages to get in my mouth leaving me with the taste of sunscreen all day. After 10+ years as my go to it's time to move on.

Terrible smell
Whatever they did to the new formula has the smell being very unpleasant and sour. At first, I thought this was spoiled until I read these reviews. Unfortunately, unless they fix whatever is making the smell terrible, I will be on the lookout for a new brand and am throwing this one out.

I was a very loyal customer and loved this moisturizer, but I recently purchased a new bottle and immediately noticed a smell of mildew every time I used it. Returned and I’m now on the hunt for a different brand. Wished they would change it back.

They changed something, and it’s now worse
I’ve been using this product for 5+ years. It’s done wonders for my skin and is a lifesaver. I recently found out that something has changed with the formula and it is awful. The smell is bad and the consistency is runny/watery. Please go back to the original one, this change is horrible.

I've used (and loved) this product for a decade, but the new formula is awful and irritates my face and eyes. I'm very disappointed that Jack Black would make this type of change (to save money, I assume?) and request that they revert to the old formula. I will not use this moisturizer unless they do so.

I’ve used this lotion everyday for years. I’m so disappointed in the new product. It is a distinctly bad and unpleasant smell that stays with you all day. I really hope they fix this because it used to be a great product.

I have used and loved this product for years, and was very disappointed to find that the formula has apparently changed. The product description still says it contains Avobenzone & Octinoxate, but the product I received contains Avobenzone & OCTOCRYLENE. The new formula has a very noticeable and unpleasant smell - don't think I can continue using it. Sad to see one of my favorite products changed for the worse!

Buttery smooth skin in 24 hours!
I always have to start my reviews by saying I am African-American with very sensitive skin. I only mention this for reference for the purpose of this review. I cannot say enough good things about this lotion. Honestly, this has some anti-aging properties because your skin will look buttery smooth skin within a matter of days. And the spf does work, through not as strong as some may prefer. But it works for me, and I’ve used MANY (countless) premium and luxury skin products over the years - even organic ones. If you don’t have an extensive skin care regimen, the least you should use is this lotion and I promise, you’ll see results very soon.
