Great for what it is, but don't expect the texture of fettuccine.
It's great, but calling it fettuccine was a mistake. The texture is more reminiscent of Asian rice noodles than fettuccine. If you take your first bite thinking of fettuccine, you'll be terribly disappointed. I had mine with keto stir fry - it was delicious.

First pasta I've had since I started on low carb, no grain diet 6 years ago. I no longer diet to lose weight, but I sure wish these had been around when I started eating like this all those years ago. We love them.

Worth it
Carb lovers can indulge and even overindulge their(at 9 calories a bag, why not!) zest for pasta without suffering the post gluttonous guilt and bloating that normally accompanies these lapses of self control. Now you can slurp and twirl with the satisfying knowledge that It’s Skinny Pasta will not break the bank or your belt!

Low Calorie Great Tasting Pasta
I love pasta, my all time favorite food. Unfortunately regular pasta isn't that healthy for you when eaten often. I love making an Italian Pasta Salad with this. I rinse and drain the pasta, add cucumber slices, tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, sweet onion slices, hot pepper rings, cheese and pepperoni along with a light Italian dressing. You can add or omit whatever you like. Great tasting salad and very few calories. Eating It's Skinny while dieting doesn't feel like dieting at all. Great taste and barely any calories. It is a win win
