Perfect Pasta
The penne pasta is amazing! It is so nice to be able to have real pasta again instead of just spaghetti squash. I have used it with marinara and baked it in a casserole with cheese. Just perfect!

I have purchased and used multiple times each of the Carbe Diem pasta types. Each one is delicious and has not been detected as different from regular pastas. I am low carb [border line Type II Diabetic] and watch my diet. BUT, I LOVE pasta!!! Of all the foods I miss it is pasta. No other low carb pasta has been edible and I think I’ve tried them all! Carbe Deiem is definitely low carb, high fiber and tastes like ‘real normal’ pasta. Highly recommend if you are on a low carb diet but love and miss pasta.

Love this high protein pasta with great texture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never heard this brand. Yay on the high fiber! Great protein amount as well. Lower calories than your "protein rich" pastas (Barilla, Banza, Goodles, etc.) I've seen in grocery stores. These were delicious. Standard prep for pastas. They didn't disintegrate or have any weird after-taste. They only had penne at my local store but would be excited to try the other shapes. 10/10!!!

Good Low-Carb Pasta
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is not a health food food fan instinctively. or traditionally. But he liked the firmer texture and said it didnt leave him feeling to full or heavt. Our teen didnt realize it wasnt regular pasta. Win. Best aprt was it didnt spike blood sugar as much as traditional white carb pasta. A little pricey IMO, And not in many stores yet. Tastes good and feels better though.
