Great to make non glutten Noodle Kugel
Great for making gluten free kugel. I split it into thirds instead of in half as I usually do and cooked it according to the instructions on the box. Then I used my regular kugel recipe and baked it like I normally do. It came out great and tasted like my regular kugel recipe. It was a nice surprise. It even worked fine wrapped in parchment paper placed over my regular food over night in the slow cooker. A nice surprise!

Worst GF pasta I've had; like many other reviewers, mine broke into tiny pieces and ended up needing to eat it with a spoon. Worthless. If I wanted that, I would have used macaroni or penne! It also took WAY longer to cook than any other GF pasta I've had (at least a dozen brands). Was chewy and chalky.

Delicious GF pasta
I have had celiac for years now and this pasta is the closest to "normal" pasta that I have had. Make sure you cook it exactly on the time on the package or else you risk overcooking and then the pasta just falls apart. If you want to use this in any sort of recipe that gets baked in the oven, make sure you undercook it to ensure it doesn't just turn into mush.
