This multi vitamin has made a difference in my overall health management compared to the name brand ones. As a person prone to catching colds, this plus elderberry zinc were a turning point. Invest in your health and get them both from Swanson.

Womens multi vitamin

I have been using this multi Vitamin for some years now to long to remember when I started taking them. One time in 2017 when I had ran out I hadn't reordered and taken them for a few months and I noticed my hair and nail weren't growing like they use to. Never again will I do that as long as I can purchase them. They have 100% of the RDA that is needed.

Big Disappointment

I've never reviewed a supplement before but this is worth warning people about! The soft gels are oily(stain everything they touch orange) and extremely stinky. I was really looking forward to this multi with fish oil combined but it doesn't seem to be a workable idea.

I was told by my doctor that tablet vitamins are not as effective as gel cap vitamins, so I started taking Living Green Gel vitamins. They are great!

My favorite….

This vitamin supplement was recommended to me from a health food store owner and I found it was cheaper and easier to order from Swanson's, especially if I catch a sale. When I try to go without, I get fatigued. So obviously they do the job. It has other ingredients also so check it out--it may do as well for you as for me if you require a supplement.

Pros-It has everything that you need for the day; and I think that my health is improving taking the supplements. Cons-The pills are huge; and you have to take them 3 times a day.

Women's vitamins

Living green liquid -gel multi is a great value. It has a lot of different vitamins and minerals listed and the soft gel is easy to swallow. I tried another brand and went back to this brand. Great vitamin.

Can't go without

I have been taking the Womens Living Green Liquid Gel Multi vitamin for a couple years now. The combination of ingredients are perfect for me, The soft gel tablet dissolves for fast release and easy to swallow. I originally purchased this product because of the combination of ingredients ( the things I beleive in as a female) but it delivered more than I expected. And purchasing it online with Swanson is cheaper than the local store. Especially when they run free freight. Enjoy.
