I BUY MENS AND WOMENS IN THIS LIVING GREEN MULTI-GELCAP. The larger bottle lasts each of us a few months, using 2 of the 3 recommended dosage, or even using the 3 gelcaps. 'Living Green' is a great IRWIN co. product. The gelcaps contain lots of the scientifically researched additions to our vitamin/herb needs. This lets me buy less of the herbs & modulates the need for purchasing the other vitamins we used to have to buy as supplements for our various health conditions. My husband has let me buy him the Mens' gelcap Multi for a few years now, and he's happy with using 2 a day of the 3 recommended. He's not working now due to Covid19 state restrictions, and he is Hi Risk due to last year's heart attack & other muscular-skeletal problems that herbal/vitamin applications are a great alternative to dangerous prescriptive chemicals of deadly side effects. I buy Men's version of Living Green multivitamin/mineral/herb formula for my husband. He takes 2 of the 3 dailys recommended. Getting my husband to take what he should for a 72 yr old who is trying to recuperate from heart attack, stay healthy against Covid19 so he can return to work in NC soon as this state's deeming it safe for him to work HVAC in a dozen or so homes every day on his job, where many folks don't wear masks to protect others, nor themselves! So, we have to! This is the best multi-vitamin pill I've taken. It doesn't create any stomoch upset and helps keep your energy levels up. The only drawback is if you don't keep the lid on tight, moisture makes the gels stick to each other sometimes. It is especially good in hot climates when one is constanlty sweating out minerals. There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in these gels and they make all the difference.

The directions say take them three times a day but I found they work much better if I take all three in the morning.

This multi vitamin / mineral / nutrient is a great product ! It covers all vitamin and mineral supplement groups, less Iron or Calcium - which you can take separately, if needed. i have a VERY sensitive stomach, but i tolerate this product fine.

I have been using this for several years, however, the last bottle I received seems to have a strong pungent odor that I don't recall in previous bottles. Not sure why? The number on the bottom of the bottle is S18B086
