iPhone 17 Pro Max 512G SUPER DISAPPOINTED
This version was not as impressive, when compared to its earlier versions 13 through 16! Also, with this particular buy, I’ve experienced phone power off and cannot turn on, twice, and I have only owned the phone almost 2-months now. Plugging in on charging port does nothing. It’s just dead. Bought to Apple, they claim a software issue. They claim they have to reset phone to factory settings and reinstall the current software, which would leave me without my prior apps/history and only contacts, messages and notes would be reinstalled. They couldn’t use prior backups to restore as that would possibly cause the issue to happen again. Two days later my notes did not install and I had to restore my phone from its latest backup. Apple Store claims I may still have the issue again and until then they are gathering data to see if requires a system wide update or it’s just random devices. This is unacceptable and they refuse to change my phone even though it’s under warranty! I am super disappointed as our family has been using these phones since inception. Super disappointed!

Two steps backward on this version.
Two items knocked it down from a 5 star. One is the 'new' button to turn off the sound, previously there was a small lever with no chance of the sound going off or coming on inadvertently but some brainiac stuck a button on the outside which can and does get pushed by accident, especially when pushing the phone down into a holster. The second is using a button on the right side of the phone to activate the camera (as if there weren't enough ways to turn the camera on). I finally found out how to null the button so the camera won't appear every time I pick up the phone and grab that button.but I view that feature as another attempt to 'appear' to make progress.

Not impressed should have kept my 15. Thought it was an old phone. And it was affecting my service. I was wrong. Att is just a bad company. Live in Philadelphia for hours I can use my phone. 18 out the day I walk around with one bar. It’s 2026 and they got worst. My 3g was better then this
