Bad latches

After 1 yr my rubber latches broke. Igloo does not even sell replacement latches. I have 6 igloo coolers and will not buy another one.

Best cooler I have ever owned

This cooler is incredible! I have bought around 25 coolers in my lifetime, but this is BY FAR the best. It seals well and keeps ice and foods frozen for about 1 1/2 to 2 days. Highly recommend.

Keeps Cool but..

Very well insulated cooler that keeps drinks cold for about 4 days. But leaks water from the drainage spout 2 days in. Also, very heavy when filled up with drinks and ice.

Broken fasteners

I’ve bought two of the 25 qt Trailmate coolers. I bought the first one because I needed a cooler to keep my stuff cold. I bought the first the second one because the first one the fasteners broke. They have since broken on the new one also. Currently searching for a different manufacturer .

Tiedowns only on lid

Would be the perfect cooler for a utv, side by side like my Polaris RZR. But the tiedowns are only on the lid. So you have to undo your straps to grab anything out. Would be better to have just on the body.

Ice at the end of the weekend

Paying the extra price for this cooler swap was worth it! This replaced a Colman cooler of about the same size. The ice would be gone in a day in the Colman cooler. In this Igloo cooler there is still ice at the end of the weekend.

Bottle Opener

It's functional and keeps things cold, however a big selling point was the bottle opener and it doesn't work at all. It takes a lot of maneuvering to get the bottle cap to catch and open the bottle. It's very frustrating.

Multiple broken latches

I enjoy the ice retention, however the latches are substandard. The first one broke within 30 days. The second cooler that I bought broke even sooner. I am looking for a different brand.

Red White & Blue Made Cooler

As a welder, I have to seek out well built tools that will hold up & that are American Made, including the coolers that hold my drinks & food for the work day, the TrailMate 25qt does just that with ease, it holds everything I need keeps everything in it extremely cold & oh yeah did I mention MADE IN THE USA! Good performance and features

Light weight with solid and what appears to be quality build features. 1st use had cold items stay cold well over night. Removed beverages and left half bag of ice again over night. Next morning, ice was still in the bag though some of course melted. But pleased with performance of this cooler.

Save your money!!

The cooler has great potential but the bear proof rubber latches are JUNK. We bought this the rubber latch broke off within a month. And now the second one is doing the same thing. I am so so disappointed I expect more for an known company!!

Holds ice, handle lock sucks!

Locking handles are retained by thin plastic. Holds ice pretty decent but when putting the handles in and out of the lock position it is retained by thin plastic and feels extremely flimsy which I am sure will end up breaking/cracking before this cooler can even reach one moth old. After one use the plastic is already showing signs of stress.

Overkill for poker night

I generally throw a cold pack in the bottom, a dozen fizzy waters and a dozen beers in here, top it off with ice. Most ice is still frozen the next morning even with people going in all the time. I probably way overbought for my use case and could have gotten a old thin-walled design. I haven't gotten a chance to road trip with it yet but it's extremely confidence inspiring.

Great size for the weekend.

Great cooler so far. Taken on first road trip with great ice retention and perfect size for the weekend. Ice held for three days with opening multiple times a day.
