A: Hi, our memory foam pillow pillows come in two heights, with the higher side being firmer than the lower side. If the pillow is too soft, we recommend using the higher side or putting a towel underneath the pillow; if it is too firm, use the lower side.

Very disappointed. Purchased this pillow for a holiday gift and was shipped in a bag or box. Clearly see it was a pillow. The recipient in my household was the one that found the delivery. Ruined the gift. Especially in winter weather it should be shipped better.

Gift from God
After trying different pillows, I have sleep apnea. The curve of the pillow help me breathe better while I sleep. I notice I'm not experiencing neck pain. Also, this pillow can reduce a person snoring. I would recommend this to everyone.

Helped my neck but not cooling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow as I have sever neck pain that sometimes leads to paraplegic seizures. While the support is awesome and I haven't had neck issues since, I'm not staying asleep. The material used doesn't breathe as I anticipated so I'm waking up with just my neck sweating (and my house temp drops to 64° at night).
