    The first time I tried

I tried taking it one more time a week later and had the same reaction, even when taking it with food as directed. I unfortunately cannot rate the product on its effectiveness as my body just doesn't seem to respond well to it.

    I took it for 3

    I took it for 3 days and it gave me diarrhea. I stopped and it went away. I started taking it again thinking it was coincidental but it came back within hours. I don’t know if it’s normal but it’s a miserable side effect that I can’t get past in order to feel the benefits.
