Very Nice
This laptop is awesome. It’s light weight so you’re able to slip it into a bag and not have a lot of weight. It powers on quick, has a fast processor and holds plenty. I like the touch screen option as well. Overall it’s a great day to day laptop

Great for everyday needs!
This HP laptop is great for my everyday needs. From working, emailing and even streaming the screen is crisp and clear, the colors vibrant and it’s very simple and easy to navigate. I like the touch screen as well it’s a nice little feature. It holds a good amount of charge so it’s great when I need to take it with me or when I’m traveling. The ports are simple and practical too for charging or adding accessories to the laptop. It’s also comes in nice blue color instead of the plain white or grey.

Great quality for the price.
I love the touchscreen aspect of this laptop! It's really good for basic browsing and also watching videos. I found it to be very responsive and fast and speedy with these task. I think the camera is okay and gets the job done. It doesn't have the highest quality for activities like heavy gaming but is still amazing quality for the price,

Ok for a starter laptop
I'm not sure why HP chose to put the power button on the keyboard, but they did and it's in a terrible spot because I can see hitting the power button by mistake when you're typing or using the function keys. Aside from that, I like the clunky keyboard, as it's almost like using a desktop keyboard. I found that loading apps or even just surfing the internet, there's a bit of lag, and will only continue to get worse with required updates. I didn't realize this was a Microsoft-based laptop, so you're stuck with Microsoft edge (which I hate) or Firefox. Yes, you can go through the hassle of adding chrome, but the fact that you can't just download it in the app store is annoying. The laptop is on the heavier side, but the screen is big and responds to touch pretty well, but the laptop overall feels cheap and it would make a good starter laptop, or if you're just looking to browse the internet and checking emails. It's not a performance laptop. You won't be able to run a bunch of apps at the same time, edit photos or videos, without major lag.
