Try it

I have taken this for the past three years. I believe it has helped me, with any supplement I believe you have to try and see if it works for you. I would recommend it over other brands and ingredient content

Excellent Product

I take every morning and it takes the edge off the day. Thus it helps me sleep though the night. The label says two a day, but that made me feel a bit faint, so I only take one. After reading the labels of many HBs, I decided this was the only one with whole leaf, leaf extract and critical factor. I feel that is the way to go with any herb. I have tried two other more expensive brands and Himalaya wins.
