A: The handles are phenolic/plastic and should not get hot. We always recommend pot holders when cooking with any pan.

Box arrived opened and falling apart, this is supposed to have been given as a gift. Not sure if all the lids are accounted for , taking it back to the store, not sure they will take it back if I removed the contents to see if it is complete

This review isn't for the product itself. It's for the delivery. It was left on the front porch, which is not covered in the rain and feels like the box is about to fall apart. I havenot inspected the contents yet because it's a Christmas present, but the box is all soft. I would recommend that the product be packaged inside a box When delivering or packaged better if they're not gonna leave it on a covered back porch in inclement weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GreenPan Rio Advanced Frypan Set includes a 10 and 12-inch. These lightweight pans take a little while to heat up, but once they do, the heat is distributed evenly—they are also oven-safe up to 350°. Their nonstick ceramic coating allows for easy clean up, as foods lift right out, leaving zero mess. They are dishwasher-safe, but handwashing is recommended, in order to preserve longevity. Their plastic stay-cool handles are attached by a single screw, and have a circular cutout for hanging. I would suggest this kitchenware to others.
