Q: All liquid goes to the edges of the pan. Is the surface designed not to be flat or is it defective?

A: Hello - We appreciate your interest in this item. The surface of your pan is likely designed to be slightly concave (bowed inward) when cold, a normal engineering feature to prevent permanent warping when heated. It is not necessarily defective unless the pooling is excessive. Hope this helps. - Kevin

Dangerous- Not safe
I bought 3 pots and pans in this series only 3 months ago. The pans seem to be good, but unfortunately not the lids. I was cooking as anyone normally would. I took the lid off, set it down, walked away to read my recipie, and a few short mintues later heard a loud pop. I turned around to see that the glass lid had exploded.... it took about another 5-10 minutes for the last few shards of glass to stop popping off. This has literally never happened to any other pots and pans I've ever had.

Non-stick is almost non-existent.
This is a good sized pan for bigger dishes and bacon because the bottom is flat. However, it only took about two months for the non-stick to wear off and basically everything sticks and needs soaked and scrubbed off. Very disappointed because of this. Our last T-Fal pan we were replacing lasted a couple years despite being our most heavily used non-stick pan. I do not recommend this for the non-stick quality.

Green pan
A lovely light green color. Easy to move around and lift. Handles did not heat up during use. Lightweight compared to other pans i own. Non-stick making it easy to clean weather it be hand wash or the dishwasher. Safe for oven use.

I absolutely love this saute pan. It’s super easy to use, plus it’s super easy For me to clean up after using the sauté pan. It’s very durable and I love the overall color of it. This pan makes cooking my meals very fast and easy. It’s a great quality pan, and very lightweight too.

Big size and great non-stick ceramic coating.
Well made non-stick pan that's not the usual black "teflon" type of pan. Really big size (deep and wide) - wider than the heat/burner on my stove! But it cooks well and needed almost no oil or spray at all. Easy to clean too.

Perfect For Cooking Just About Anything
This pan is heavy duty, yet easy to clean. It's nonstick and food cooks evenly in it. I love how deep it is so I can cook dishes like stroganoff in it. It works great, even for simple things like eggs. Whatever you want to cook, this pan can help you do the job.

Not perfect, but I’d buy it again
This pan is great! I’m a mom of 5 and I’ve used my share of pans! It’s a nice, big pan, but not too heavy to lift. It does well on the stove and in the oven, very versatile. The lid isn’t a perfect fit, allowing steam to leak out. That seems to be a fairly common problem, though. The main handle didn’t get hot on the stove, but the smaller, side handle did get hot, so use an oven glove. Overall, I’m impressed.

This is a huge saute pan and great to feed a large group. I love a sauce pan with a lid it really allows you to cook a lot more things in it. These pans also clean up very well and that is a win for me.

Large Sauté Pan
My old 3 quart sauté pan needed to be replaced so I was very excited to get this new product. The nonstick coating works great and is a much healthier version than what the older pans had. The quality of this new pan is top notch. My only complaint, which is no fault of the manufacturer, is the size. It is 5 quarts which is very large for a family of two.

Easy to clean
So far, I am loving this pan. I love how deep and wide it is. It makes cooking so much easier when making a double batch or if I just have a lot of ingredients to use. Nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan and it was so easy to clean. It cleaned right up without any hard scrubbing. I might just have to get a few mire of this brand.
