GrandeLASH-MD: Directions: As with all cosmetic products used in the area of the eye (or close proximity to the eye), it is important to carefully read all directions and warnings. Carefully apply GrandeLASH-MD once daily on a clean, dry upper lash line only using a single stroke on your eyelid just above your upper lash line (like a liquid eyeliner). Do not apply to the lower lash line. Apply only with the product applicator provided. Use one dip into the bottle for both upper lash lines and allow 2-3 minutes for the serum to fully dry before lying down or applying other products to your eye area. Use sparingly. If serum gets into the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove serum from the eye. Apply every day for a full 3 months. After desired improvement is achieved, apply every other day for maintenance. GrandeLASH-MD requires continued use to maintain benefits.
This cosmetic product contains (a small amount of) isopropyl cloprostenate, an analog of prostaglandin. It is important to use the product as instructed so that it does not get into the eye. As instructed in the directions for application, if product does come into contact with the eye, immediately rinse thoroughly with cool water to completely remove the cosmetic serum from the eye. If redness, irritation or other unwanted effects occur, stop using product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.

Highly recommend but beware of slight irritation!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for years and my lashes have never looked better. I will say it does cause me some irritation, although when I only apply to my top eyelash line it’s not that bad. I think my eyes are also sensitive, but if the irritation feels like it is turning into a stye (which only happens when my allergies are bad too), I just stop for one-two nights and I’m fine again! My lashes are soooo thick and long, and I’ve tried a couple other serums but they’ve got nothing on this one.

Ultimate product for length

The truth
Ill be honest. I was scared to try this because of the prostaglandin, and the first time i used it my eyes got to red i had to miss work and throw my lenses away. I'm used to putting stuff on my eyes daily like my lenses and Etude House's eyelash serum so i was surprised how bad this product irritated my eyes. My mistake was to keep using the product because i didn't want to throw my money away, plus i had a bald spot on my lashes i needed to grow. I just bought some very simple and cheap eye drops for irritation and it went away in about a day, kept using it with no problem. Your lashes will grow, but it will take some time. The way i was applying it was as undereye eyeliner and i recommend to apply it in the mornings because if you have teary eyes like me, you don't want the prostaglandin to migrate (research on google side effects on the eyelids)

I used this one time & woke up with red puffy eyes, I noticed itching as I was sleeping too. Would not recommend, hopefully the red ring around my eyes goes away.

I love it 😍
When I had my baby, I lost my eyebrows and lashes. I bought this on Oct 30th, and omg… It's weird because before I would use mascara and I wouldn't even hold a curl either and now they can? Both pictures with mascara from the same brand I've been using for years.

This eyelash products really needs to be remade. I was hoping the reviews weren't true about irriation but BOY did my eyes sweal it's ridiculous there not taking the reviews seriously and change their product to be less irriating RIP. Never buying again

I used this product as directed for three months and just noticed fat loss above one eye, causing an aged, sunken-eye look. The product contains prostaglandins, and this is a known side effect. I wish I had researched before using it. I will never, never again use a product with prostaglandins. It remains to be seen whether this damage is reversible. Please think carefully before using this product.

This works so great!
I get lash extensions and unfortunately pulled out quite a few of my natural lashes when attempting to remove my extensions. My lash artist recommended this and I was pleasantly surprised at how great it works! I had patches of lashes gone and two weeks later there were no more patches. This stuff is so worth it!

I bought this on a whim just to see what the hype was about. I have shortie lashed and I dont wear much make up, but do like a curled lash with a light coat of mascara. I have tried false lashes and I just can't master the application, and end up giving up on them. I used this consistently for 3 months and my lashes are crazy long, so much so that I find myself consistently picking up the mirror to look at them. I am so shocked that it actually works, not I just use it a couple times per week. I have now used it for 6 months and am here buying more. I will continue using this as it gives me me beautiful long lashes. If your on the fence, I would recommend. I have bought every tube with my own money and will continue to do so. I am very happy with my purchase!

The grande lash serum actually works! My lashes used to be short and after 4 months of using this serum my lashes are super long! I will have people ask what mascara im using or what extensions i have on, when i am wearing nothing! Its a bit pricey, but if you want long eyelashes its totally worth it! I didnt have any irritation and i recommend this product to everyone! I have very sensitive skin and i was fine using this serum. Run, dont walk. Definitely buy this serum!

I absolutely love this eyelash serum. It's the best in the west it is pricey for the size but it is definitely worth it. A little goes a long way and I do recommend this to anyone that's trying to grow their lashes.
