Sturdy

We recently got into a car accident and my baby did not move a muscle in this seat!! The seat seemed like it held up after the impact but still replacing it with the same one for obvious reasons. It did it's job and kept him super safe. Worth every penny

Excellent car seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ease of loosening the straps, pads are washable, and buckles hang over the sides to keep out of way. I’m a nanny and purchased the car seat so I always have one on hand. I love that it’s easy to use and safe.

Great seat, needed help to stablize

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great car seat size for my second row bucket seats. It is relatively easy to attach to the seat. However, it is difficult to get the seat stable. It requires a lot of downward pressure to have a stable fit. I am a grandparent and needed help anchoring the seat.

Check the under cushion compartment.

This careseat has done us very well for around 3 years. However, I went to clean in today and found fuzzy mold growing in a hidden place. Under the cushion there is a little compartment to keep the manual. It is under the rear end of the child (instead of behind their back like other seats) and so it will catch any crumb or spill. If you don’t immediately catch it and clean up, you can expect mold. Obviously, I feel Graco could have thought of that and I’m not happy about throwing away a $240 seat but other than that, the seat is fine. (Yes, I know I could just forbid him from eating or drinking in his car seat but have you ever met a hangry toddler?)

Safe and comfortable

The best investment for my baby's safety! This Graco chair gives me a lot of peace of mind because of its reinforced structure and how robust it feels. The harness system is very easy to adjust and level indicators help you make sure it was perfectly installed. It feels of a higher quality and my son is very protected. Totally recommended!

not the best

overall it's a car seat that works. It generally does its job. However, we have two issues with this car seat. One issue is that it doesn't work well with headrests in our Chrysler Pacifica van. We can't use the anchors because it's too loose. the headrests push them out. The other issue is the button to loosen the straps is not well placed. It's really hard to get your finger inside the hole and release the pressure. this is my least favorite car seat I've owned, and I've owned four different styles.

Easy to use/set up

I have a midsize suv (rav4) and fits fine. Being able to move the harness straps up and down with the button is nice too and makes it easier to adjust as needed
