This review is about the delivery service used. Expected delivery 1/4/26. By chance, one of us was outside on 1/3/26 and observed the delivery person dropping the package at the top of our driveway in the rain and exposed to all elements instead of bringing it down the driveway and placing it on our covered porch. If we had not observed the delivery, not only would an over $300 car seat been sitting in the rain but anybody driving by could have picked it up and driven off with it. Totally unacceptable. We were fortunate that things turned out okay but how many other people would not have such a good outcome? We don't know who the delivery carrier was but, whoever it was, needs to be taken to task by Target. This is not the kind of service customers deserve especially when paying big bucks.

This is the best convertible car seat! I feel confident that my child is safe, comfortable and secure in this car seat. It is able to meet the needs of my very tall toddler as he quickly grows in height and weight.

I thought the installation process was very easy. It looks like it would be a comfortable car seat to sit in and I’m excited that it will grow with my child as they get older. The infant padding was easy to remove. And I haven’t had to wash anything yet, but the fabric seems like it could be wipeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s mostly fine, it definitely gets the job done and my son seems comfortable enough in it. I’d say the side walls/arm rests are kind of high, so I have to really try to thread the needle so to speak to get him in there. For smaller children, it may be a non issue.

I was in a car accident where I was tboned on the front passenger door which is the side where I had my 3 yr old. The car was totaled and my knee got pretty banged up, tearing my ACL. My son obviously scared and cried for a while but he did not have a single scratch or bruise on him. I have no doubt that was thanks to this carseat! I was so impressed and grateful I bought the exact same one to replace the one in the accident. I recommend this carseat 100% again and again! Thank you Graco for keeping my baby safe!
