If you need a wrist roller, this is it. Easy to add either standard or Olympic weights. I haven't maxed out the weight yet, so if you are looking for over 60 lbs of wrist rolling, maybe you need something else, but it works perfectly in the 30 lb range

I absolutely love this thing!! Great shoulder work when having arms straight out, but stand on a bench and keep hands at waist level if wanna work the forearms only. I use the loading pin for my neck harness as well. A plus for having one and not just a rope that goes through the whole of a weight plate. I recommend, 5 stars for sure.

This is a fun little device for getting that quick forearm pump haha. Works well overall and the metal is super solid. As others have noted, the foam handles are not the nicest but there are plenty of workarounds for this that others have mentioned. Honestly just pulling off the foam and wrapping in duct tape would work fine haha.

This is just what I was looking for to aid developing my forearms. This piece of equipment is not available at my gym so I was using dumbbells to do wrist curls. My form was neither satisfactory nor providing the improvement in strength I was seeking. Forearm strength is required when biking using aerobars.

Not expensive and works what it's supposed to. Was worried whether or not it would work with Olympic plates, but rest assured, it works. Only concern is the same as other reviewers, and that is the foam hand grips. Not sure about the durability/longevity of them, but they are fine for now. If/when they go out, I'll most likely go with the rubber grip route. Other than that, this is a great piece of workout equipment.

This is probably the best forearm workout tool you can get for the price. The foam grip is nice. The weight holder is solid. Rope types are always more awkward than the wide flat bands (can have uneven weight distribution side-to-side), but the band types are always a lot more expensive. This one does the job well.

This thing is perfect for working out for your forearms and grip. You have to make sure to periodically tighten the bolt that is holding the weight on the rope though because it does slowly unscrew itself when you are using it. But it usually take about 2 weeks of using it everyday to really notice it coming loose. I haven't put really heavy weight so i cannot tell you whats the maximum weight on this but I've just been using a 5lbs plate and that is WAY more than enough for me.

Absolutely hammers my forearms. I used to do 30 lb wrist curls and thought that made me tough. Hah! Not! This was humbling - even 10-15 lb weights were hard to do. My forearms burned and my muscles were pumped after just 1 set. The results are visible in less than 3 weeks of work - more definition, a touch more size and way more veins popping out. Individual muscles in my forearm now routinely show. Most importantly, the twisting action is very practical - comes in handy on a day to day basis. Under arm twisting is absolutely brutal and has built up significant strength. Highly recommend.

I was going to make a forearm blaster, but I am glad I made this purchase instead. This is a very slick little device that is built to last and easy to utilize. I was impressed with the overall quality of the product for the price. I was concerned that the foam wouldn't last, but as so far it's been 100% resistant to wear and tear. The cord which makes these trainers so very "fun" is of sufficient quality to support 25# without issue and certainly easy to replace when it eventually, as all things do, fails. Loading weights is a snap with the simple, clever support rod and clasp. I'm to going to go use it now; it's kind of addictive.
