Melting chemicals
This roaster is actually quite dangerous. I wouldn’t use it. When roasting anything, it lets off a strong chemical smell as if it melting. I gave it several tries and I just don’t feel safe eating anything that come out of it which is the entire point.

Not worth the money
First this looks beautiful, and that is where it ends, when you consider the price tag. The lid doesn't fit right even when empty, and the copper coating is essentially a plastic coating that starts to flake after 1 use.
