Why did you pick this product vs others?: This pan is perfect for finishing ribs, pork butt, chicken.   Stop using disposable aluminum pans and purchase this pan!!

As advertised
This roasting pan is sturdy but still lightweight. The included rack will keep whatever one cooks off the bottom making food removal and cleaning a breeze. Looking forward to roasting turkey in it and not having to use the disposable aluminum pans from now on. Thank you NutriChef!!!!

Fantastic quality roasting tin
I've had this pan several years now and can't speak highly enough about it. We use it at least once a week for roasts as well as for our large holiday dishes, and it's fantastic. It's well made and of very robust quality; the metal isn't flimsy at all but has got some weight and thickness to it. I bought it specifically because it DOESN'T have non-stick coating (as they can be toxic). I should also add that despite not being non-stick I haven't had any issue with food sticking during cooking nor with cleaning it afterwards. This is a great piece for your kitchen and will last for many years of cooking.
