Q: How am I supposed to roast a turkey if this roaster is only oven safe up to 350 degrees?

A: As far as I know and per the Internet and what I’ve always been told and Thanksgiving turkey about 2025 pounds cooked at 3:25 350 max… but this is just from my knowledge

It’s lightweight but feels sturdy, and the nonstick coating actually holds up—nothing glued itself to the pan, and cleanup has been basically effortless. The rack sits high enough to keep the meat out of the drippings, and everything I’ve roasted so far has cooked evenly without any hot spots or weird warping. The handles are easy to grip, even with oven mitts, and the whole thing fits perfectly in a standard oven without feeling bulky. I can’t wait to try this with turkey for Thanksgiving this year.

Warning: Might Not Fit
This may very well be a very good roasting pan but it is misleading. It is advertised as 13x16 but it requires 13x20 of oven space because the large handles. I had removed the packaging and washed it and only then discovered that it did not fit in my oven. I finally was able to fit it in my second oven by turning it diagonal but it should be marked clearly that it requires more ove space than many ovens have.
