So glad I decided to make this purchase. It heats up in seconds, automatically goes to sleep, and the frizz reduction is amazing. I have curly hair, live in Florida, and work on the water. What a difference it has made!

I purchased my first ghd straightener over fifteen years ago at cost from my stylist at the time. It died on me and I mourned! Even with the age and how many times I've dropped it - it managed to survive for longer than I've been married to my husband. The new model is lighter, new power button, but great hair every time! Life long customer!

So after 25 years and traveling all over the world, my original flat iron finally broke. I bought this as a replacement because I didn’t need anything better because I considered it to be the best flat iron I ever had. I feel like this new one does not get as hot as the old one did. I am really disappointed because all I wanted was that very same flat iron that I had for 25 years replaced. I suppose just like everything else the replacement is never the same.

Got it for my daughter’s boyfriend so he didn’t burn the house down, because he needed an auto shutoff. Heats up fast. Two thumbs up.

My second flat iron from ghd! Lightweight, glides smoothly through your hair to the ends. No breakage for me! Heats up in seconds and I love the auto shut off feature.

I’ve owned many flatirons over the years. My hair is coarse and wavy. The ghd works well on my hair because it has a tighter grip and pulls the hair just enough. I am very happy with the results.

…and not for the better. This is my second GHD model. My other died after many years. I ordered this one and the whole thing feels cheaper, especially the plates. They actually sweak sometimes going down my hair. Disappointed that GHD would sacrifice reputation and quality over cheap goods.

I've had 2 original flat irons in the past. They become an extension of my hand. And I absolutely adore the upgraded version. On and off button that makes sounds adds a cool touch. It's really made well and elegant .

It is very lightweight and does the job amazingly. My hairs thickness is middle and it takes time to straight my hairs. With this lightweight machine, I am able to enjoy straightning my hairs. It does not have variable heat, but thats okay for me

Love the new model! I just replaced My original GHD which was over 10 years old. The technology is the absolute best!!!

At the recommendation of my hairdresser, I purchased this product about a month ago to get the “beachy wave” look! So far, I love it! It heats up quickly and gives me the look I wanted. It was pricey so I’m hoping it lasts for years to come.

I have only had this about a week but so far I love how light it is. I wish that it had a heat tempature control on it so I can go lower or higher if needed. I do find it very easy to use and hope it lasts for a long time to come. My CHI was destroying my hair & I am hoping this will not do that & will last for years.

Ive been using GHD flat irons for 10 years and nothing compares! I have coils thick hair and it straightens my hair like no other flat irons. Definitely get this!

I bought this on the recommendation of my hair stylist. It’s a simple flat iron but so amazing. One setting. Lightweight. Fast heat, less than a minute. My hair has no evidence that heat was used. Highly recommend!

I purchased my fist one in 2011 and it still works just as well as the first day I bought it.

Doesn't smooth as well as advertised and getting that curl isn't as easy as the video seems either. I have purchased several of your items this is my least favorite. I wish I would have purchased the newer model.
