Q: Does the white get dirty easily? We use our stainless steal one daily and looks horrible. Scared to get the white but love the look!

A: The oven exterior can be easily cleaned with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as alcohol, bleach, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the finish. To avoid scratching or marring the outside surfaces, do not scrub the appliance with a metal or nylon brush. Great way to save $ using the countertop oven
This is our second Cafe Couture Oven. We thoroughly enjoyed the oven but after 14 months it died just two months past the one year warranty. Hopefully the replacement oven last longer. We used the oven several times a week mostly the air fry and bake modes. It matches our white Cafe refrigerator and microwave.

Nice oven, but…
We’ve had our mat white Cafe toaster/convection oven for just over a year. The location of the heating coils makes cleaning a little difficult. Functionally, the oven does a fine job—the pizza mode is excellent as is the toasting option. Our issue is appearance. The heat emanating from around the door has created browning spots. Mr. Clean Eraser nor mild Bon Ami have any affect on the spot removal. Along those same lines (heat escaping through the door)…the door does not firmly close. This prevents the oven from operating. I often have to PUSH the door closed so that the oven will function. I’d buy another one—but not one that is white.

Amazingly precise control for this type of device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also have the Cuisinart table top oven and I could write a positive review for that one as well, but this one surpasses that one with the level of computer controls that it provides for the cooking cycle. There is less chance of burning things and it does a very gentle toasting of cheese/ham sandwiches. The butter browns perfectly. I also cooked some steaks to medium rare and they came out perfectly. One word of advice is to be sure to put water in the tray underneath or smoke will escape and trigger your smoke alarms. I also have the Cafe induction stove with two ovens and they accompany each other very well.

Very Versatile, nice looking unit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The number of functions on this machine is a major bonus. The size is perfect for many dishes, especially when air frying. The heating elements on the bottom are exposed, and the manual indicates that any food that ends up on them will eventually burn off. This is not an elegant solution. We take care not to use anything that might drip. The door should have a more secure closure, but it doesn't seem to impede the processes.

The best appliance I ever owned

Love this oven!

Don't buy.
Impossible to clean. Always smells like it's putting off toxic fumes while cooking. The outside is stained from what looks like burning.

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product overall. It works great and I love that it’s nontoxic, which was a big reason I bought it. However, there are two things I’m not too happy about. The door doesn’t close as tightly as I expected — you really have to push it to make sure it’s fully shut, otherwise the light stays on. The buttons are already peeling, and I’ve only had this oven for about two months. Aside from those issues, it performs really well and I’m happy with how it cooks. Just wish the build quality on those two details was a little better!
