This item arrived in a mess. The zip ties holding the item were all cut, it had been sold, returned and sold to me as used. It took 3 hours to assemble and there were so many typos in the assembly instructions that you could not follow. it tells you to remove screws that were not even there. Parts are labeled L&R and they are backwards. Screws that don't belong to the item are randomly packed in the box. All parts bags were opened and then tied in knots and not sealed. My Hood part, (Bonnet) Item #17, was so damaged that I could not fit it in place. When contacting the company, they tell you they will get back to you and then they don't ever call. When you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you to disassemble and return or wait 2-3 months for the replacement part. They could open a new box and pull the part out and send it to you but that would inconvenience them and hold up profit so they chose to have horrible customer service instead. DON’T BUY THIS BRAND. Target needs to pull all Garvee's products down until they fix their customer service. Let's see if Target responds to this. This will be a true tale of Target's customer service.
