Great Product in Poor Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box that my products were shipped to me in, I found that 3 of the containers had busted open and spilled all in the box. The packaging is definitely less than desirable when it comes to a product shipped to you. However buying the product in store should not be a problem unless the container is dropped. The product has a gritty texture and felt truly like ground rocks. Shaking some of the product out to use was easy and as straightforward as the instructions imply. Immediately after applying to the ice slick, I was able to walk on the ice with no slippage (even with poor tread and older shoes). I love that the product is safe for children and pets. I also love that the product is truly natural with using only rock and minerals. Overall this is a wonderful product if I purchase from a store.

Very convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the convenience of these shaker canisters! We previously were buying large bags of concrete safe salt that needed to be scooped out and sifted, requiring multiple trips to and from the large bag or bucket. These shakers are all in one! I can cover my whole front porch, walkway, and driveway just with the shaker bottle! And of course it’s great piece of mind knowing that it’s pet safe so our dog won’t have a problem walking on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit pricey compared to traditional de-icers, but I think it’s worth it for the safety and peace of mind — especially if you have pets or new concrete. Overall: Great for keeping driveways and steps safe without damaging surfaces. Works best for light ice and traction, not heavy melting.

Frosty morning use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lately it’s becoming that chilly part of fall that you wake up to frost everywhere. This ice snow melt has really helped make it feel easier to walk down my steps. It’s a reddish pink color and you sprinkle it on the ground to help be able to walk easier. The packaging is somewhat fragile so be careful to not drop it or it will make a mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well i got this and I love that this is pet safe, and doesn't have all the harsh stuff that alot of others have. That harm the environment and stuff. But I cant really tell you how well it works just yet because it hasn't snowed or anything yet here in Ohio. And since I live in OH, the weather here isnt predictable at all, the saying here is..." Only here in OH, can you experience all 4 seasons in one day!!". But once we get some ice/snow I will come back and update my review!!!!
