Fresh Step’s Odor Shield has this nice light smell that’s definitely not overpowering. Upon pouring it, there was no cloudy dust that vowed to envelope me. Scooping is now a much easier task, as the litter clumps together nicely. My cats are happy, and my house smells good!

The smell is so nice, but not overpowering. It doesn’t make the potty she leaves behind smell like scented potty; it just gets rid of the potty smell altogether. Love the clumping, which makes clean up a breeze. It she’s still leave a trail of kitty litter whenever she exits her cat box, but that’s to be expected. Love the longevity! Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful for multiple cats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this item for free in exchange for my honest review. I found the Fresh Step odor shield clumping cat litter to work effectively whether you have one cat or multiples. It combatted odor and had minimal litter and dust tracked outside of the litter box. It clumps quickly and stays clumped when scooping out the litter box making for an easy clean up with no remnants left behind. I would definitely recommend this cat litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two cats, and they are frequent users of the litter box, so odor control is very important in our home. Since switching to Fresh Step Odor Shield cat litter, I’ve noticed a big difference in how much better the litter box smells. The odor is much more controlled and doesn’t linger like it did with other litters. The tiny sand like crystals clump really well, making it easy to scoop and keep the box clean. Another big plus is that the litter stays contained inside the litter box. I've noticed less litter gets tracked through my house, and I’m no longer finding litter all over my floors. Overall, Fresh Step Odor Shield has made maintaining the litter box easier and more pleasant, especially with two cats. I would definitely recommend it to multi-cat households looking for strong odor control and less mess. 🐱🐱

Dusty but nice lasting odor blocking smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is keeping my basement smelling good compared to my normal cat litter, it’s a lot more dusty when I 1st poured it in, Wich isn’t my favorite for my cats lungs. I also wish it was a bit easier to use packaging but still works just fine. So far I really like it and it doesn’t seem to bother her!

The scoop ability is great and it clumps well which is something that I look for in a cat litter. The scent is not too overpowering as my cats will not like it if full of perfumy smells.
