Swanson optimize health/best prices!

As healthy as a cereal can possibly be. Titrate your carbs! Add raisins and add cinnamon!! Cereal has no added sugar. Of course raisins have sugar so go easy!! Lots of healthy fiber! Swanson has the best prices!!

Perfect product as described.

I ordered a case of this cereal (10 boxes I think) as I eat it everyday. The order promptly shipped to me in 2 parts, both of which were carefully packed. The individual boxes of cereal were in perfect condition and the sell by date was appropriately distanced to the future same as what I buy off the grocery store shelf. Will order again.

Love it!

This cereal reminds me of Grape Nuts which I used to love. This is a healthier version so I feel better about eating it. I do add a tiny bit of sweetener sometimes but I enjoy it plain as well. I'm looking forward to trying other varieties. The only down side is it is a little spendy.

Healthy eating...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good healt is always important, especially as we age. Every morning I have my bowl of an Ezekiel cereal with a sliced banana, frozen fruit and skim milk. Adding the extras take away the blandness of the cereal. Ezekiel brand is high in fiber and the healthiest cereal I have found to start my day.

Hard to find product

So glad Swanson still carries this cereal.I have not been able to buy it in the local supermarket. For those who perfer a better alternative to all the high sugar cereals out there-this brand is definitely the best.All 3 flavors are delicious with some fresh fruit on top.
