I love the cereal. It contains no sugar which makes me very happy. That way I can add my own type of sweetener to it like fruit and Stevia.

stale
I have eaten Ezekiel brand foods often. This box was stale, but I still ate it by mixing it with other granolas. Y'all probably don't sell it very often. I should have known better and bought it at a grocery store. I still love your vitamins and supplements and all. This product was just a problem.

Unfortunately, things that are good for you, taste awful; things that taste good are bad for you.
I eat this cereal because it is good for my health. It tastes awful so I don't overeat breakfast. The outer box is flimsiest cardboard which is [I guess cheaper] and more sustainable, but usually arrives slightly crushed at the corners. The box--I haven't tried it, but I'll bet that the box tastes better than the cereal. Now to the cereal itself: the grains are very, very tiny; the picture on the box must be a very tiny spoon, because it makes the cereal grains look much larger relative to the spoon, than it really is. Poorly designed packaging ensures that the tiny grained cereal pours out around, outside the bowl as well as into the bowl. I took a chance and ordered a case of Ezekiel 4:9 containing all 3 "flavors". I am [slowly] working my way through the flavors. "Food for Life" touts Ezekiel 4:9 for its "flavor". False advertising!

We hated it...It was awful. The taste was horrible! We couldn't eat it so we gave it to the deer & birds.

Healthy
As a regular with Ezekiel bread, which has helped me lose weight, I thought I'd add the cereal. No sugar and no artificial sweeteners, along with natural grains, means health. Don't expect fun, just fullness of health.

I loved this
The main thing I look for in a cereal is nutritional content & this surpassed my expectation. I can add what I think is necessary for sweetness or flavor but I really appreciate this being carried by Swanson, along with other Ezekiel 4:9 varieties. TY, Swanson!

sprouted, organic, non GMO
My partner loves this cereal with yogurt. I used to love it too but now cannot eat it because I realized it has malted barley and I cannot have concentrated sweeteners.

The cereal tasted awful! It tasted stale. Not sure if it was or this is how it tastes. I don't plan on ever buying it again. I have tried other flavors of this brand and liked them.
