While the oil control moisturizer has been “sold out” for months, I bought this thinking it was a repackaged version or something. While the texture is similar and light, it is more tacky and a little thicker than the oil control. By mid day, my face is shinier than a new car (and not in a good way). By end of day, the oil from my eyelids is running into my eyes. It did not make me breakout.. I just look oily. Not dewy, but almost drenched in glaze. I will have to shop elsewhere for my daily moisturizer if FAB does not bring back oil control, because this is NOT it for me and the coconut water one is not moisturizing enough. 34, female, acne prone, large pores, combination skin, oily T zone, sensitive skin, redness, dry patches

I changed up my face products when I started to have breakouts several months ago. This was highly rated in several online lists and I really like the product. It doesn't pill up under primer and foundation and it absorbs really well.

I've been using this for almost a year now. When I tell y'all I reach fo this OFTEN I mean it. When my skin is very dry and in need of a little TLC I reach for this. When I do a full skincare routine at night I reach for this. I live in Alabama so that can be often for me with the changing temps. But the selling point for me is when I became pregnant I had this awful dry cracked skin appear around my nose. It hurt and looked awful. I unfortunately had a miscarriage but the dry cracked skin stayed long after, it just wouldn't go away. I discovered this product after some deep searching and I saw change and felt relief within 2 days! Full transparency, since my skin was cracked around my nose upon initial use I did have a slight buring sensation but it did subside rather quickly and with future uses I did not feel this. I started with a small amount only around my nose before applying to entire face. But be warned that this may occur depending on how damaged your skin is when starting. It is very thick so you dont need much and does take a little time to dry down. So I personally only use it at night. If its a cold windy day and I'm not wearing any makeup i'll wear it during the day. But it works WONDERS! A little goes a long way. If you apply at night you can slug a little more with it and by the time you wake up in the morning you'll notice how soft and hydrated your skin feels. You'll also notice any dry skin beginning to heal. Upon first use I recommend giving yourself 4-7 days to fully notice good change. You will love this product. Its my holy grail.

I don’t know why this is marketed as a women’s moisturizer. I hope there’s nothing in here that men can’t use because this has done WONDERS for my skin. I have a mixed skin type with an oily T zone prone to acne and everything else drying out pretty easily. With the use of a daily salicylic acid face wash flowed by this every morning to lock in the moisture, my skin has never looked and felt so good!

I had such high hopes from the reviews, only to be let down. Here's how I got here, I love first aid beauty ultra repair cream, it is fantastic for hydrating snd calming my skin but it also leaves my skin a little too oily for my liking. So I tried the ultra repair cream with oil control as a solution but it wasn't helping hydrate my skin at all. After all the fabulous reviews, I thought I had finally found the answer, I was wrong. My rosacea is flaring horribly. My entire face looks red and vieny, and it's also slightly itchy. I havent changed anything else so it has to be this moisturizer. I just dont get how it works so well for everyone else but not me. Sad.

I've been a long time First Aid Beauty customer. Every November, I wait for Ulta to have a sale on the Ultra Repair Cream so I can stock up. This year, I decided to try this product and I'm so happy I did!!! While the Ultra Repair Cream was hydrating and helped with my body ezecma, it always felt so heavy on my skin. I have very dry skin but that moisturizer just left me feeling oily. I'm on day 3/4 of this product and I love it so much more. It feels me feel hydrated without feeling like I have so much product on my face. It applies nicely as well. I'm excited to keep using this product. I also have sensitive skin and haven't noticed any breakouts (yet… it's still very early to tell) however in terms of feeling and quality of product, this is 5/5 stars for me.

I love this moisturizer! It's so soft and keeps my skin clear and smoother. My only problem is the size. I would love if they created a big tub of this though, I would buy it in a heartbeat!

I typically NEVER write reviews about products but this mostuzier deserves so much recognition. Ive dealt with having a hard time finding good mosturizers for a decade now and spent countless $$ to find a good one, but when i stumbled upon this product wholy crap never going back to anything else but THIS. I am a person who had acne prone sensitive dry skin and this has done miracles. Ive looked for a mosturizer that my skin doesnt automatically suck up immediately and leave me looking "dry" this does the opposite and leaves that dewy look. Its so so so worth it for the price and honestly as someone who has also suffered with cystic acne from a young age i have seen a lot of improvement in my acne as well! It recovers your skin barrier FAST if anyone is suffering from that.

I absolutely LOVE this moisture for my extremely sensitive and reactive skin. After 20+ years searching for a moisturizer that doesn't break me out, I found the ONE!!! Please don't change a single thing about this product; it truly is the best product that First Aid Beauty has ever made!!!

Light, effective & clean

Listen, I dont write reviews often but when I do— that's how you know it's real good. For reference: have extremely sensitive, dry, acne prone skin. And this product does not break me out, cause any irritation, and it actually gets the job done. Most gel moisturizers evaporate off my face within minutes but not this one!!

This moisturizer is light and not greasy. I use in the morning first thing before applying my makeup and at night before going to bed. I have sensitive skin so I appreciate the fact that it is not perfumy or has additives that are unnecessary.

The best moisturizer I have ever tried for combo oily skin. My face, neck, and chest is so soft. No pore clogging ingredients. Quickly became a holy grail for me.

This product is one of my favorites. It can be combined with any skin care regimen or as a stand alone. I use it every day!

I have to admit, I wasn’t sold on this product when I first tried it, but I’m enjoying it now. My skin is on the drier side in colder months, so when I tried this in cold weather, it wasn’t enough for me and also didn’t feel like it absorbed into my skin. Just felt a little tacky and like it was sitting on top of my skin. Fast forward to summer and this has become my daily moisturizer. Where I live, it’s humid in summer and my skin isn’t quite so dry. I’ve been applying a little less product than at first, which helps it absorb better and not feel so tacky. If you have normal or oily skin, I’d say this could be a good product to try. If you tend to be more dry, it might not be for you.

Absolutely love the way this feels on my skin. It's a great hydration to use under my sunscreen.

My face has never been more hydrated and glowing

I do really like this product. It feels really nice going on and hydrating but after a little while it seems like my face feels a little greasy and I not sure if that is the case or if I am just that hydrated lol. I wish they had mini samples that people could try before buying the big jar :/ if you have an oily t zone, this may not be the product for you.

This is a perfect moisturizer for my combo, acne prone skin. It does not clog my pores and is very hydrating.
