Litter tray liner tears and has to be replaced
You have to replace the nonstick liner at $17.99 for 2. They tear from cat covering litter, then jambs and won't work. Customer svc is by email only. Plus side; It does get rid of odors with UV light.

This is the third one that I bought. I bought two last year when they were on sale. One of them stopped working for some reason but, I'm still using it and just scooping it by hand. Our cats love them. The one that quit working still has the lights but the rake doesn't actuate.

Self cleaning makes littler box cleaning easy
This self cleaning litter box is so easy to use. My cat loves it, and wants to be by it all the time. Would never go back to a normal litter box again.

I have 3 Elspet litterboxs now for my non-profit feline rescue. I have over 40 cats in my rescue and they are all free roam throughout the rescue. These litterboxes make it so easy to clean the rescue every day.

This is the second automatic litter box I’ve had. I was not impressed with the first one as the clumps got stuck on the rubber and it was difficult to clean. So far I love this design. The rake is much sturdier and stronger so it takes almost all the clumps. Doesn’t get stuck at the bottom. To say it’s easy to empty is an understatement. No twisting bags to help it stay and one bag lasts 2 weeks! I love the lights that keep the bacteria and the smell at bay. I will say it is a little noisy and my cat absolutely hates when the door closes on him and he keeps trying to open it. Other than that so far happy human
